First choose which process is best for you — tax tabs, print or embroidery. We can help you decide if you aren't sure.
Decide what logo or artwork you wish to apply, considering the size, colours and position.
Send us your artwork — a jpeg is best, though we can work with other files, a scanned image or even a previously embroidered garment.
Samples are available on a sale or return basis. Contact us with your sample order request; once sent, please return them within 28 days at your expense.
Yes, if you have 25 or more staff we offer a complimentary sizing day, reducing returns and ensuring the job is done right first time.
Our typical lead time is seven working days from order confirmation. Let us know your event date and we will endeavour to meet it.
Delivery within UK mainland starts at £7.95 + VAT for 24-hour delivery; large branded orders may incur higher charges.
Out-of-stock garments are placed on back order; you will be notified and offered an alternative style or the option to cancel that part of your order.
Our stock size range is 6–24; for sizes outside this we offer a bespoke service to match your existing uniform and fit.
Individual packing of each staff member's uniform is available on request, for an additional charge unless agreed per contract.
Unembroidered, unaltered garments can be returned within 14 days under our no-quibble policy; later returns may be accepted by prior arrangement, possibly with a handling charge.
Embroidered or decorated items cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case we will replace them free of charge; soiled, torn or incorrectly cared-for items cannot be returned.
Delivery charges are not refunded, and return carriage costs are the customer's responsibility; please include full documentation and contact details.
